Start by booking a short, no-obligation call with our head of clinic, Dr Marilena Tzafettas. This gives us a chance to talk through what you’re looking for and see whether we're a good fit.

Step 2: Choose the Right Therapist for You

If you decide to move forward, we’ll book your first full session—either with Dr Tzaffettas or with a therapist from the team who best suits your needs.

Step 3: Complete Your Welcome Forms

You’ll receive a welcome email from us with a few simple forms to fill out ahead of your first session. These help us tailor support to you from the start.

Step 4: Attend Your Session—Online or In Person

If you’ve chosen online therapy, you’ll receive a Zoom link just before your session. If you're coming in person, we’ll see you at the clinic. Either way, you’ll be met with warmth, professionalism, and care.
