What services do you offer?
We offer individual therapy for adults and older adolescents, tailored to a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns—from anxiety and low mood to stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. Sessions are available both in person at our London clinic and online.
How can I book?
To get started, simply book a free 15-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to talk about what you’re looking for and help match you with the right therapist. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll schedule your first session and send you everything you need to prepare.
What are your fees?
Fees vary depending on the therapist you work with. We’ll discuss this during your introductory call so you have a clear understanding of the costs involved before committing to a session. As a guide, our session fees range between £80-£140 delpending on which therapist you work with.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. All personal information and session notes are handled with strict confidentiality and stored securely, in line with professional and legal standards.
Do you offer online therapy?
Absolutely. Online sessions are available for anyone who prefers the flexibility of meeting from home or another private space. All you need is a quiet spot and a good internet connection—your therapist will
What happens after I book my first session?
Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email from our practice coordinator, Emma. She’ll send you a few short forms to complete ahead of time so we can make the most of your first session—whether it’s online or in person.
